Do you like curry? Spicing up your dinner tonight with curry could be tasty and healthy, too, according to the latest research ...


Curry powder often contains a fair amount of turmeric, a prized yellow spice containing the good-for-you compound curcumin, which past research has given thumbs up too, especially for its role in cancer treatment and possible prevention. Now, researchers from Saint Louis University say that curry could help keep your liver healthy. The researchers note fatty liver disease, which they say is becoming increasingly common in America, so this is news for us all.


Of course, there's takeout curry (I get lazy, too!), but you really can lower the fat in your food by making a quick curry dish at home (and it's easier than you think). Here are some yummy ideas:
